GSA Multiple Award Schedule (formally IT 70) -

MAS Consolidation is one of the four cornerstone Initiatives of GSA's Federal Marketplace (FMP) strategy. GSA’s new single Schedule features a simplified format with streamlined terms and conditions, new large categories and sub-categories, and updated Special Item Numbers (SINs) that will make it easier for contractors to offer, and agency partners to buy, products, services, and solutions.

Army ITES-3S -

Army’s mandatory source for the purchase of a full range of services and solutions. The vehicle is structured to provide industry best practices, best value, non-personal services to enable a broad range of enterprise-level support services for IT integration and service management activities to the Army, other DoD agencies, and all other Federal agencies worldwide including warzone areas. ITES-3S is managed by the Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) program at Ft. Belvoir, VA.

CMS SPARC -

The goal is to provide strategic, technical, and program management guidance and support services, to facilitate the modernization of Centers for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS) business processes and supporting systems.

It is available to all components within CMS and all Health and Human Services (HHS) Operating Divisions to procure IT System development services, from end to end.

DCMA MOCAS -

This contract provides support for DCMA sustainment and modernization efforts for the overall Lifecycle Management of MOCAS, MOCAS related systems and DoD eCommerce Programs. The Mechanization of Contract Administration Services (MOCAS) is an automated integrated contracts administration and entitlement system jointly managed by Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) (65%) and Defense Finance and Accounting Services (DFAS) (35%). MOCAS supports DCMA Contract Administration Offices, DFAS Contract Pay, Procurement Offices and Funding Stations. MOCAS has been an enterprise solution supporting the management and payment of DoD contracts.

DISA ENCORE III -

Designed for providing services ranging from engineering development to full sustainment. This vehicle provides 19 performance areas that cover a full range of information technology (IT) services and solutions required by the Department of Defense, other federal agencies, and the intelligence community.

GSA 8(a) STARS III -

 

General Service Administration allows for directed task orders up to $4.5 Million, including options.

In addition to the general IT services scope, 8(a) STARS includes two focused scope sub-areas: Emerging Technologies (ET) and OCONUS Place of Performance. 8(a) STARS III prime contractors in the ET scope sub-area have experience providing evolving state-of-the-art emerging technologies such as technological convergence, robotic process automation, autonomic computing, and more. Prime contractors in the OCONUS scope sub-area have experience providing IT services in an Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) location.

Navy SeaPort-NxG -

Split into two categories: engineering support services and program management support services; which are further divided into 23 functional areas spanning the entire spectrum of mission areas and technical capabilities needed to support the Department of the Navy.

NITAAC CIO-SP3 SB -

 

National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center provides streamlined procurement of information technology (IT) services and solutions and is aligned with the accountability goals and IT services outlined in the Federal Health Architecture, Federal Enterprise Architecture and the Department of Defense Enterprise Architecture.
